Does someone have to be home for warranty appointments?

A homeowner or representative at least 18 years or older must be home for service appointments.

Our team and trade partners are not able to access your home without someone present.

It is required for someone to remain home for the duration of all appointments for items inside your home. 

While it is not required to be outside while work is performed on the exterior of your home, we highly recommend that you are available should any questions arise during the service call.
