How does the warranty process work?
During the first two years, the Omega Service Team works directly with you to service your warranty concerns to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new home.
Each member of our team is committed to providing exceptional service in every interaction, having happy homeowners is at the heart of what we do and that doesn't end when you move-in.
There are 5 basic steps in the warranty process:
- Submit warranty items (online, email, phone)
- Request is reviewed & a Virtual Assessment is scheduled as needed
- A Work Order is issued to one of our trade partners or Omega Representative
- We'll work with you to schedule the repairs based on your availability
- Repairs are completed
