How is warranty service scheduled?

Your request will be evaluated and our Service Coordinator will work with the Service Technician and/or trade partners to schedule based on your availability, then call to confirm.

If a Virtual Assessment is required as part of the evaluation, you'll be contacted afterwards by our Warranty Manager to schedule accordingly.

If no Virtual Assessment is needed, our Service Coordinator will schedule based on the availability you provided, but may need to contact you if there is a scheduling conflict that needs to be resolved.
