What are the established Performance Standards?

The performance standards outlined in the StrucSure warranty booklet mirror the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) Performance Standards.

Performance Standards are the standards to which a home or an element or component of a home constructed as part of new home construction must perform.

The Texas Association of Builders (TAB) outlines the industry standards for new home construction in Texas and periodically reviews for necessary updates.

Warning: A homeowner's failure to substantially comply with stated homeowner responsibility creates an exclusion of the warranty for the Performance Standard. Proper care & maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.
