What happens if I find something after Final Walk-Thru?

Contact Omega's Service Coordinator to address any concerns you may have.

By signing the Final Customer Walk-Thru & Punch List form prior to closing, you agree that you have carefully inspected all finish surfaces for blemishes or damage. 

Note: Any blemishes, scratches, or damage not listed on the form and reported after closing are the owner's responsibility.

If there is a true craftsmanship issue, we're going to come back and take care of it for you - this is something you need to discuss clearly with Omega's Service Coordinator.

After closing, owner or representative 18 years or older must be present while interior “Punch” or “Warranty Service” work is being performed (there are no master keys to the locks on your home).

Contractor employees and subcontractors are not permitted to enter the home without the Owner or Owners’ representative present.
