What is a Virtual Assessment

Omega Builders is excited to bring you a new platform that will allow the initial preview of warranty items to be done remotely through virtual assessment.

Depending on the type and quantity of items submitted on your warranty request, a virtual assessment may be necessary to review the items needing attention. The Omega Warranty Manager will preview items and complete an initial assessment of your claim via a virtual assessment. This assessment will happen in real time, similar to Facetime.  The Warranty Manager will send a virtual assessment invite via your email on file so you can schedule according to your availability. You must be in your home at the time of assessment.

This appointment typically only requires a few minutes to complete the assessment, which ultimately saves time and confusion, allowing our team to get it fixed correctly the first time with as little inconvenience as possible.

A virtual assessment will not always be necessary. In certain circumstances repairs can be scheduled based off of your description.
