What is covered by the 1-2-10 Year Warranty?

A multi-part warranty program with coverage broken down into 1-year, 2-year and 10-year components.

The StrucSure 1-2-10 Home Warranty is above & beyond Omega's warranty coverage we offer as a home builder focused on quality.

Note: You'll have the same level of protection during the first two years, but you'll work directly with our team to process your warranty items.

One-year Warranty

Workmanship & Materials: Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired or replaced under the one-year warranty.

Two-year Warranty

Delivery Portion of Systems (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning): Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired or replaced under the two-year warranty.

10-year Structural Warranty

Major Structural Defects are covered by a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, StrucSure is the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired or replaced for under the 10-year warranty.
