What is covered by the one year workmanship & materials warranty?

Defects in workmanship and materials for covered components

The one-year warranty provides surety coverage and backs our builder's warranty on defects in workmanship and materials.

Note: Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired or replaced under the StrucSure Home Warranty in the event Omega is unable to do so.

  6. Specialties (example: fireplaces)
  7. Equipment (example: cabinets)
