What items require immediate attention?

The most common examples are those related to heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing.

Important: For items requiring immediate attention during normal business hours, please call 254-239-0366 to speak with Omega's Service Coordinator.


These items should not be submitted online to avoid unnecessary delays in providing service.

  1. Total loss of heat when the outside temperature is below 45° F
  2. Total loss of air conditioning when the outside temperature is above 90° F
  3. Total loss of electricity when there is no reported outage in your area
    1. If there is an outage, contact the electric provider directly
  4. Total loss of water when there is no reported outage in your area
    1. If there is an outage, contact the water department directly
  5. Plumbing leaks that require the entire water supply to be shut off
  6. Gas leaks
    1. If the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines, contact the gas company directly
