When are warranty service appointments generally scheduled?

Generally, most warranty service calls are scheduled between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Tip: When submitting your warranty request, include the best days & times when you can be present at your home for appointments.

A homeowner or representative (18 yrs or older) must be present for the duration of all warranty service appointments.

Our team will do the best to group warranty items during the same appointment window whenever possible.
